The second largest automaker in South Korea, KIA, began to show the ability in information systems, communications, and entertainment. Brand which is still a group with Hyundai is introducing UVO, the software in collaboration with Microsoft.

Remarkably, UVO successfully won the Industry Newcomer Award in 2009-2010 for the category of Telematics Update Awards Conference. Devices began to be applied on the latest KIA vehicle models.

Head-up display technology, or better known as the HUD only used on some cars by manufacturers, now developed further by the Research and Development Division of General Motors (GM).

This new system not only publish information on the glass (just in front of the driver’s eyes) but in all areas of the windshield.
